How we’re doing business as safely as possible during COVID 19

 

Utilizing TECHNOLOGY

  • We will try to limit the amount of people entering your home by creating as much digital content as we can. Using video walk throughs, extra images, virtual tours, floor plans, and panoramic photos ensures any prospective buyer will be serious about your home by the time they book an in person showing.

  • If you would prefer to not have buyers in the home we can do showings via Facetime or Zoom.

  • E signatures - you don’t need to meet with us in person to sign anything. All documents can be signed virtually and we’re happy to do a video chat in place of an in person meeting.

Health screening

Any buyer that does enter your home will have had to verify that they have not had any symptoms, have not come in contact with anyone with the virus, nor has traveled in the last 14 days.

Safety Precautions

Any prospective buyer entering the home will be required to sanitize their hands before entering, be instructed to touch as little as possible, and to make their visit 30 minutes or less. We will not allow any children to enter your home, nor more than 3 people at a time (including the buyers agent).

If at anytime you are concerned for your own health and safety we can adjust our plan accordingly. Selling your home is a stressful process when there isn’t a global pandemic going on. Which is why we are doing as much as we can to ensure the safety of our clients and ourselves.
